Hosting |
 We
offer a fully-managed Service Pack with most of our websites and
host your site for you and provide your own domain name and email
addresses if required. Prices depend on the amount of space and
services you require. Our Service Pack covers hosting, maintenance,
minor updates and support services. We provide basic monthly website
visitor statistics for all our hosted sites free of charge, with
more detailed statistics available if required. Once we have
created your website we can look after it for you and provide
ongoing support. We will keep a regular maintenance check on
your site and make sure that your site is always running as
it should.
We will carry out any updates or alterations that you may require
so that your site is always up to date. (Please note that major
revisions and updates will carry an extra charge.)

| Additional

 Graphics
and logos - you may already have images you would like to use
on your site, but if not we can create these for you and scan
or photograph material if required.
If you need your site in another language as well as English -
a bilingual English/Chinese site for example, or perhaps you do
a lot of business with Chinese companies - we can arrange to have
all or part of the site translated for you.
Other services such as video for your website can also be arranged.
Please note some of these services will be charged separately.

| How
We Work |
 Following
the initial discussion, most of our clients send the material
for inclusion on their site by email, along with any instructions
or requests regarding layout, color schemes etc. We then put together
a draft page for the client's approval, uploaded to our test space.
Once we have received feedback on the draft design we complete
the site making any alterations requested by the client as the
work progresses. We keep in constant touch with our clients during
the design process and take on board any comments that we receive.
We do not upload the final version to the client's domain until
the client has given approval.
If you feel that you need to meet with your designer in person
to discuss the website details then this can be arranged at
any time during the project. However we need to have at least
one week's notice if you would like a meeting so that this can
be arranged with minimum disruption to other current projects.
(If you are not able to keep the appointment please inform us
promptly).
Depending on the size and complexity of a site the design and
build time will usually be between two and eight weeks, provided
that all material is submitted promptly and in digital form.
